Dardanella, un vieux succès de 1919

"Dardanella" est une chanson populaire publiée en 1919 par Fred Fisher , qui a écrit les paroles de la musique écrite par Felix Bernard et Johnny S. Black.

Le chef d'orchestre Ben Selvin (1898-1980) a enregistré "Dardanella" pour plusieurs maisons de disques (y compris Victor et Paramount), et selon certaines estimations, ses enregistrements de la chanson se sont vendus à un total combiné de plus de cinq millions d'exemplaires.
