Песня Офелии - The Ophelia's song - A. Blok - D. Chostakovitch

Galina Vishnevskay et son époux Mstislav Rostropovith amis de Dimitri Chostakovitch inspirèrent à ce dernier ses plus belles œuvres. Ces adaptations des vers d'A. Blok furent composées pour Vishnevskaya après son triomphe en 1966 dans le film de M. Chapiro, Katharina Ismailova, une version revisitée de Lady Macbeth de Mzensk.
